  • Award document for the Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber, awarded on July 20, 1942. Signed by an unknown officer.
  • Award document for the Verwundetenabzeichen in Gold, awarded on August 22, 1943. Signed by Hauptmann Konrad Lemke (DKIG-EBS).
