Leutnant Günther Schack (12.11.1917 in Bartenstein † 14.06.2003) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on February 26, 1943; the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on October 26, 1943 as Leutnant und Staffelkapitän of the 7. Staffel/ Jagdgeschwader 51 and the Eichenlaub on April 20, 1944 as Leutnant und Staffelkapitän of 9. Staffel/ Jagdgeschwader 51.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
