Generalleutnant Wilhelm Heun (23.05.1895 in Herborn † 21.09.1986 in Göttingen) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on October 23, 1942 and the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on December 9, 1944 as Generalmajor und Kommandeur of the 83. Infanterie-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
