Korvettenkapitän Wirich von Gartzen (20.08.1909 † 04.12.1993) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on October 30, 1943 as Korvettenkapitän und Kommandant of Torpedoboot “T-25” and the Ritterkreuz on June 24, 1944 as Korvettenkapitän und Chef of the 10. Torpedobootsflottille.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
