Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Ernst-Nordewin von Diest-Körber. Hauptmann Ernst-Nordewin von Diest-Körber (13.02.1912 † 10.09.2003) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on February 17, 1944 with 3. Kompanie/ schwere Panzer-Abteilung 508 and the Ritterkreuz on May 1, 1945 as Hauptmann und Führer of schwere Panzer-Abteilung “Feldherrnhalle” (although no longer recognized as RK).
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
