Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Siegfried Moldenhauer. Major Siegfried Moldenhauer (25.07.1915 † 26.08.1998) earned the Ritterkreuz on January 20, 1944 as Hauptmann und Führer of the II. Bataillon/ Grenadier-Regiment 48 and the Nahkampfspange in Gold on October 14, 1944 as Major und Führer of the I. Bataillon/ Grenadier-Regiment 48 of the 12. Infanterie-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
