Original TOP document set of Stabswachtmeister Hans Brakebusch who served with the 6. Schwadron/ Panzer-Grenadier-Regiment 26 of the 24. Panzer-Division and fought as well as a Kompanieführer in Kampfgruppe Goebel during Stalingrad! He was even recommended for the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold by Eichenlaubträger Günter Goebel for his exceptional bravery! Most notably, Brakebusch earned the Panzervernichtungsabzeichen on August 22, 1942 on the road to Stalingrad!
