Original German commemorative event badge marked “Herne 1933”, associated with the Kriegsopfer- und Frontsoldatentag (War Victims’ and Front Soldiers’ Day).
The shield-shaped badge features an architectural motif at the top and a central memorial design surrounded by an inscription referring to the event. It is finished in gold-coloured metal and retains its vertical reverse pin attachment.
Condition: Shows considerable age-related wear, oxidation and loss of finish. The reverse has substantial discolouration and residue around the pin area. The pin is present. Please study the photographs carefully for the exact condition.
