Orders
Shipping costs depend on your destination country as well as the weight and size of the package.
Estimated shipping costs are calculated when you add (an) item(s) to your basket and go to the checkout area.
In some cases, the estimated shipping costs are not final, you will then be notified after ordering.

Yes, pick-up of orders is always available at fairs or a pick-up can be arranged at a third location. Currently, we do not have a physical store yet.
Track the status of your order in your account or via Track Your Order, which provides the ability to track the status of an order by tracking number.
Shipping
Documents, Photographs, Signatures, Insignia and other small material are mostly send in standard or foam enveloppes to reduce shipping costs (and avoid import fees). Larger orders and militaria are send within a box. You can always request to have your items shipped within a box instead of an enveloppe (this may result in higher shipping costs).
Keep the product in its original packaging along with all documents confirming the purchase and refund. You will need this for further communication with the seller and the payment system.

Yes, Wolfgang Historica ships worldwide to most international destinations. All packages are sent with secure packaging and tracking.
Please keep in mind that import regulations, customs duties, and local laws regarding historical militaria vary by country. Buyers are responsible for ensuring that items can legally be imported and owned in their jurisdiction.
Payments
None. You can pay with a credit card via PayPal or Wise.
Payment within 3 days after ordering. If you do not pay, or with prior notice of later payment, you’ll be blacklisted.
