Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen – Unmarked [Repaired]

Original Allgemeines Sturmabzeichen (General Assault Badge), featuring the Wehrmacht eagle above crossed rifles, surrounded by an oval oak-leaf wreath.

The badge is of silver finish, with a solid reverse and vertical pin fitting. The design and detailing are characteristic of the General Assault Badge awarded to eligible Wehrmacht personnel for participation in ground combat operations.

Condition

Shows age-related wear and loss to the silver finish, with a naturally aged patina. The catch appears to have been repaired or replaced; this should be considered when assessing the piece. Please examine the photographs carefully.
