Hauptmann Wilhelm Wendt (11.10.1911 in Friedrichshof † 19.02.1984 in Munster) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on June 30, 1941 as Hauptfeldwebel of the 5. Kompanie/ Panzer-Regiment 5 of the 21. Panzer-Division. Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
