Infanterie-Division and the Feld-Ersatz-Bataillon 367 of the 367. Infanterie-Division. He earned the Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz, Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse, Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen in Silber, Winterschlacht im Osten 1941/42 and the Nahkampfspange I. Stufe (Bronze). All of his awards earned with the Infanterie-Regiment 339. Markings on the 1st page might show, he was captured by the Soviets. Complete with photograph.
Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Arthur Ziegler. Oberleutnant Arthur Ziegler (1917 † 1987) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on August 23, 1944 as Oberleutnant und Regimentsadjutant of the Grenadier-Regiment 974 of the 367. Infanterie-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
