Oberwachtmeister Johann Schmölzer (01.06.1911 † 14.11.1997) earned the Ritterkreuz on September 24, 1942 as Oberwachtmeister und Zugführer in the 1. Kompanie/ Radfahr-Abteilung 68 of the 6. Gebirgs-Division. Comes with an extra unsigned photo.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
