Original 3x Award document set of Gefreiter Heinz Hellwig, who served with the Grenadier-Regiment 447 of the 137. Infanterie-Division. During the war, he earned the:

  • Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse (Iron Cross 2nd Class) for his service on March 10, 1943, which was signed by Hans Kamecke (RK & KIA).
  • Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen in Silber (Infantry Assault Badge in Silver) on May 21, 1943 for 3 separate infantry assault days during his service.
  • Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz (Wound Badge in Black) for his first wound suffered on October 3, 1941.
  • Comes with a photo
  • He was Killed in Action in August 1943.
