Original period German commemorative event badge for the Fränkisches Bauerntreffen (Franconian Farmers’ Meeting) held in Ansbach on 7 November 1933.
The shield-shaped badge features a striking design incorporating a sheaf of wheat, a sword and radiating lines. The reverse retains its original horizontal pin attachment.
An interesting early Third Reich period event badge, suitable for collectors of German historical memorabilia and political event badges of the 1930s. Comparable examples have appeared in established militaria auctions.
