Oberfeldwebel Hermann Bix (10.10.1914 † 31.07.1986) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on November 5, 1942 and the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on March 22, 1945 as Oberfeldwebel und Zugführer in the 3. Kompanie/ Panzer-Regiment 35 of the 4. Panzer-Division, which was the highest decorated Panzer-Regiment as well as Panzer-Division in the entire Wehrmacht! He also earned the Panzerkampfabzeichen IV. Stufe (Einsatzahl “100”).
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
