NSKK Motorgruppe Hessen 1936 – Badge + Photo in Wear

An original Tag des NSKK Motorgruppe Hessen 1936 commemorative badge, issued for an event organised by the Nationalsozialistisches Kraftfahrkorps (NSKK).

The badge features an architectural building motif with stepped gables, above the NSKK eagle and emblem. The inscription reads „Tag des NSKK Motorgruppe Hessen 1936“.

Constructed in bronze-coloured metal, the reverse retains its original horizontal pin fitting. An attractive and distinctive regional NSKK event badge from 1936.

The accompanying period photograph depicts an NSKK member wearing his uniform, with various badges and decorations visible on his tunic. The photograph provides an attractive contemporary association with the badge and adds considerable interest to the grouping.

Condition

The badge shows considerable age-related wear, with oxidation, corrosion and loss of finish, particularly on the reverse. The original pin fitting remains present. The photograph is in good overall condition, with minor age-related wear.
