Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Otto Bertram. Major Otto Bertram (30.04.1916 in Wilhelmshaven † 08.02.1987 in Freiburg) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on October 28, 1940 as Hauptmann und Kommandeur of the II. Gruppe/ Jagdgeschwader 2 “Richthofen” (after 13 victories).
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
