Interesting Waffen-SS Portrait of a Member of a “Totenkopf” unit, serving with the SS-Totenkopf-Standarte “Brandenburg” (as seen on the smaller photograph, which depict him with the Brandenburg Cufftitle). He took part in the annexiation of the Sudetenland (as seen wearing the Prague Ribbon Bar) and likely went on to serve in the SS-Division “Totenkopf” after the “Brandenburg” units came back to Germany in 1939 (after taking part in the Poland Campaign, connected to the Einsatzgruppe III in the area of the 8. Armee), a large group of personnel was incooperated into the SS-Totenkopf-Infanterie-Regiment 2 of the SS-Totenkopf-Division.
