Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Werner Pergande. Leutnant Werner Pergande (02.02.1912 † 14.04.1994) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen kreuzes on November 22, 1943 as Leutnant und Führer in the Grenadier-Regiment 108 of the 38. Infanterie-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
