§1. Scope of Returns
All items are described as accurately as possible. Returns are accepted in relation to authenticity and material discrepancies from the original description.

The return period begins on the day the item is received and expires 14 days after delivery.

§2. Change of Mind
Returns based solely on change of mind or purchasing error are not accepted, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

§3. Return Conditions
Wolfgang Historica reserves the right to refuse a return if:

  • the returned item does not correspond to the originally sold item
  • the item is not in its original condition or has been altered, damaged, or tampered with
  • there are reasonable grounds to suspect misuse or fraudulent activity

§4. Return Shipping
Items must be returned in the same condition as received.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be securely packaged and shipped using a tracked service.

Wolfgang Historica is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

§5. Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected, and if the conditions outlined in §1 and §3 are met.

Refunds apply to the purchase price of the item only and exclude original shipping costs and payment processing fees (if applicable).

Refunds can be issued via:

  • bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • store credit (gift card), upon request

§6. Late Returns / Partial Refunds
Returns requested after the 14-day period may be considered at discretion. In such cases, a partial refund may be offered depending on the condition of the item and the time elapsed.
