ARTICLE 1: Orders & Payment

1.1 Ordering
After selecting item(s) in our webshop, you may proceed to checkout where you choose your preferred shipping and payment method. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation.

For bank transfers, our IBAN details will be provided immediately after checkout. Please include your order number as payment reference.

If PayPal is selected, an invoice will be sent to you, which may include a handling fee.

1.2 Payment Period
All orders are reserved for a maximum period of 7 days pending payment.
If payment is not received within this period, and no prior agreement has been made, Wolfgang Historica reserves the right to cancel the order.

1.3 Currency
All transactions are conducted exclusively in Euro (€).

1.4 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:

  • Bank transfer
  • PayPal
  • Cash (upon agreement)

Wolfgang Historica reserves the right to apply a handling fee for PayPal payments. By choosing PayPal, you agree to any applicable fees.

1.5 Payment Plans / Layaway
Payment plans or layaway arrangements are available upon mutual agreement.

  • A deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of agreement
  • The remaining balance must be paid within the agreed timeframe

Failure to comply with agreed payment terms may result in cancellation of the agreement. In such cases, the deposit and any payments made are non-refundable.

All items remain the property of Wolfgang Historica until full payment has been received.

1.6 Late Payments
Invoices that remain unpaid after 31 days (without prior agreement) may incur:

  • A 10% late fee, and
  • An additional 1% monthly interest until fully paid

ARTICLE 2: Authenticity, Returns & Cancellations

2.1 Authenticity Guarantee
All items offered for sale are guaranteed to be authentic and original to the stated period, unless explicitly described otherwise.

Any concerns regarding authenticity must be reported within 14 days of receipt.

2.2 Returns & Refunds
If an item is found to be not as described or not authentic, the buyer is entitled to a full refund, provided that:

  • The issue is reported within 14 days of delivery, and
  • The item is returned in the same condition as received

2.3 Cancellation by Buyer
The buyer has the right to request cancellation within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, unless otherwise agreed or exempted.

2.4 Cancellation by Seller
Wolfgang Historica reserves the right to cancel an order in the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect pricing due to technical or human error
  • Inaccurate product descriptions or images
  • The item is no longer available
  • Other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control

In such cases, any payments made will be fully refunded.

2.5 Transfer of Ownership
Ownership of the item transfers to the buyer only after full payment has been received and the item has been shipped or physically delivered.

ARTICLE 3: Consignment (Selling on Commission)

Wolfgang Historica offers a consignment service for collectors wishing to sell items.

  • Items are sold on behalf of the owner to our customer network
  • Terms (including commission rates and pricing) are agreed upon in advance
  • Payment to the consignor is made after the item has been sold and received by the buyer

ARTICLE 4: Changes to Terms & Conditions

Wolfgang Historica reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Any changes will be published on the website. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
