While most shipping rates are accurate, they are calculated automatically by the webshop or based on standard rates. In some cases—particularly for new destinations—actual shipping costs may differ.

If this occurs, we will contact you before dispatch to confirm any adjustments.

Customer Satisfaction

Wolfgang Historica aims to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

If you are not satisfied, we are open to finding a suitable solution, including a return or exchange where applicable. Please refer to our Return Policy for full details and conditions.

Certificate of Authenticity (COA)

As an additional service, we offer a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).

Items accompanied by a COA include a lifetime authenticity guarantee, entitling you to a full refund of the item’s purchase price if authenticity is ever proven incorrect (excluding original shipping costs).

“Lifetime” is defined as the period during which Wolfgang Historica remains active in business.

Returns

Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return Policy and must be agreed upon in advance.

Approved returns can be completed via:

• tracked and insured shipping, or
• in person at a militaria fair (by prior arrangement)

Shipping Responsibility

Shipping restrictions may apply depending on the item and destination.

The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased item is permitted for import under their local laws and regulations.
