Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Willy Zimmermann. Feldwebel Willy Zimmermann (21.03.1920 † 09.02.2002) earned the Ritterkreuz on October 23, 1944 as Feldwebel und Zugführer in the 6. Kompanie/ Grenadier-Regiment 80 of the 34. Infanterie-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
