He served most notably with the Reiter-Regiment 31 of the 3. Kavallerie-Brigade / Division. During his service, he earned the Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz, Verwundetenabzeichen in Silber, Kriegsverdienstkreuz 2. Klasse and Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse.
Incredibly interesting, that he wrote down all his wartime memoirs in a small book he made himself!
Original Wehrpass, Führerschein (Military Driver's License) and POW Paper of Stabsgefreiter Neumann, who primarily served during Panzer-Regiment 2. He was decorated with the Eisernes Kreuz 2. Klasse (most likely still for Stalingrad as they were only then just deployed on the Italian Front) and Winterschlacht im Osten. He was likely enough to escape Stalingrad when he got sick on November 2, 1942 with Gelbsucht. After Panzer-Regiment 2 he went to several trainings units, where he was trained on Panther!, and ended up with the Panzerjäger-Abteilung 10.
Best entry is that he was trained as a Richtschütze on a Panther with the Panther-Ausbildungs-Kompanie in Eisenach!

Original set of Unteroffizier Siewertsen who during the war served with the Panzer-Pionier-Bataillon 32 of the 12. Panzer-Division and ended up with the Panzer-Pionier-Bataillon 1233 of the 233. Panzer-Division. After the war ended, he kept on serving with the Minenraumkommando Danmark to clear up mines that stayed behind on the Danish coast. Large group with Soldbuch & Wehrpass of Luftwaffe Flieger-Ingenieur Herbert Münnich. The group covers his whole life, most interestingly, next to being a Luftwaffe beambte, which is not often seen, he also served from October 1944 onwards with the Ungarian "Jagdgeschwader 101" also known as 101. Honi Légvédelmi Vadászrepülő Osztály "Puma". More information from Wikipedia: "The 101st Home Air Defence Fighter Group later Wing (unit definition by US style) (101. Honi Légvédelmi Vadászrepülő Osztály later Ezred) was an elite fighter-group of the Royal Hungarian Air Force in World War II. Also known as the Puma after the unit's insignia, it was the most famous and well known of all Hungarian fighter units during the war. Created in the spring of 1944, under the Nazi German occupation of Hungary, it operated against US Fifteenth Air Force and the Soviet VVS during 1944-45 over Hungary and later, Austria. Analogue to Jagdverband 44, many of the highest scoring and most experienced Hungarian fighter pilots served in the unit, including the top scoring Hungarian ace of World War II, Szentgyörgyi Dezső."

Authentic Interesting, Scarce Soldbuch of Luftwaffe Glider Pilot (Lastensegler) Unteroffizier Rudolf Schmidt. The Soldbuch was opened on October 14, 1941 at his training unit Flieger-Ausbildungs-Regiment 11 and served with various training units until in 1942 he went to the Flugzeugführerschule A/B 116, few months later he was transferred to the Ergänzungsgruppe (S) 2 which flew the gliders DFS 230 and Gotha Go 242 (and at the start also the Messerschmitt Me 321 Gigant). During the time with this unit, he was also awarded the rare Segelflugzeugführerabzeichen (!) (here named the Flugzeugführerabzeichen (L)) together with his Flugzeugführerschein (L) (L for Lastensegler). In July 1944, he was transferred to the Luftlandegeschwader 1 and in December 1944, he was at the Flugzeugführer-Doppelschule A9 and eventually in February 1945, he served with the LS-Führer-Kompanie/ Schleppgruppe 1. Rudolf Schmidt was promoted several times throughout the war reaching the rank of Unteroffizier in 1944. Apparently, in the years before other material of Rudolf Schmidt (such as his Segelflugzeugführerschein, Flugbuch etc.) was sold.

In April 1945, he joined Galland's Jagdverband 44 (JV 44—44th Fighter Detachment). He was reported missing in action flying the Me 262 on 24 April 1945 while attempting to intercept a U.S. Army Air Forces B-26 Marauder raid near Donauwörth. His body was never recovered.
Original Soldbuch of a airman that served with the 1. Staffel/ Kampfgeschwader 40 and earned the Fliegerschützen-Abzeichen, Eisernes Kreuz Klasse, Frontflugspange in Bronze, Frontflugspange in Silber and Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse. He was shot down 18th July 1941, when he attacked Convoy OB346 in the Atlantic and crashed in Spain. He was in the Gruppenkommodore's aircraft and all the crew listed as Missing In Action. Original Wehrpass (Military ID) of Gefreiter Görtz who served with the 11. Kompanie/ Grenadier-Regiment 736 of the 716. Infanterie-Division. Just prior to the Invasion of Normandy on April 1, 1944 he was promoted to Gefreiter. The unit was positioned near Luc-sur-Mer at Sword Beach! Comes with a few photos, paper and old money.

Herget was credited with 72 kills, 57 of them by night and 15 by day in 700 operational missions.
Original document group of Oberleutnant Egon von Ploetz, who in 1937 served with the Reiter-Regiment 4. If I searched correctly, he eventually became a Rittmeister (Hauptmann). The large promotion document is signed by Reichskriegsminister Werner Freiherr von Fritsch! Comes with 3 documents (with signature of von Fritsch), a large portrait (printed signature) and a press photograph.
Thomas Ludwig Werner Freiherr von Fritsch (4 August 1880 – 22 September 1939) was a German Generaloberst (full general) who served as Commander-in-Chief of the German Army from February 1934 until February 1938, when he was forced to resign after he was falsely accused of being homosexual. His and War Minister Blomberg's ousting, in the Blomberg-Fritsch affair, was a major step in Adolf Hitler's establishment of tighter control over the armed forces. Just over a year later, before the outbreak of World War II, Fritsch was recalled as Colonel-in-chief of the 12th Artillery Regiment. He died in battle in Poland early in the war, the second German general to perish in that conflict after Wilhelm Fritz von Roettig.

Wehrpass of SS-Rottenführer Aloys Hillesheim, born in Ketting, Koblenz. He served with the SS-Polizei-Schützen-Regiment 3 & SS-Polizei-Schützen-Regiment 1of the SS-Polizei-Division. He earned the Verwundetenabzeichen in Schwarz. Interestingly, in his Wehrpass is noted "Gewehr Scharfschütze" (Sharpshooter / Sniper). After his wounded, he served in Holland a few months until he was discharged.
A rare set of two brothers from Schleswig who both were Killed in Action on the Eastern Front. Interesting, both served as occupational force in Denmark before transferred to a combat unit. One brother (Klaus) was KIA only 1 week after arriving in his front unit Infanterie-Regiment 257 of the 83. Infanterie-Division on May 6, 1942 and the second brother (Hugo) was KIA on November 6, 1944 in Gelauce in Courland while serving with Sturmgeschütz-Brigade 912. Comes with their postwar certificates of death and a wartime letter of a friend condoling the mother (who already lost her husband in 1933) and 5x Feldpostletters.
2x Award documents of Unteroffizier Paul-Heinz Hoffmann, who served with the Sturmgeschütz-Abteilung 1175 / Panzerjäger-Kompanie 1175 and was awarded the Eisernes Kreuz 1. Klasse for his heroic service in September, 1944 (see document that writes his actions) while subordinated to the 75. Infanterie-Division. Document was signed by GeneralmajorKarl Arning (Ritterkreuz). He was also awarded the Allgemeines-Sturmabzeichen on October 22, 1944. Signed by the unknown Commander. Documents have been folded in the past. Comes with a period paper (pasted on a hard carton) that also describes the action that earned Paul-Heinz Hoffmann his EK1! It could have easily been higher. Uffz. Hoffmann was 'Richtschütze' in the Platoon Commander & Chef's Assault Gun, he destroyed 10 Soviet tanks & 2 assault guns. He also bravely defended his KO'd Assault Gun with a MG and kept the Soviets at distance causing severe losses on their side. By doing this, his StuG was succesfully towed away in safety.
