Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Alfred Dürrwanger. Hauptmann Alfred Dürrwanger (07.04.1915 † 23.07.2003) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on July 10, 1942 as Hauptmann und Chef of the 10. Kompanie/ Jäger-Regiment 83 of the 28. Jäger-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
