Original World War 2 Bronze Star medal in its original case of issue, complete with its ribbon bar and lapel pin. The Bronze Star was privately engraved with the recipient’s name “Harry R. Snowden Jr.”. Snowden was a Private in Company A of the 14th Armored Infantry Battalion of the 1st Armored Division. He saw service in North Africa and Italy and received his Bronze Star for his service during those campaigns. The medal comes with a slot brooch mechanism and its original ribbon, indicating production during World War 2. Condition as seen.
