Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Erich Michael Axthammer. Feldwebel Erich M. Axthammer (03.12.1920 in Pichlschloss † 21.12.2015 in Andernach) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on November 14, 1943 and the Ritterkreuz on April 28, 1945 as Feldwebel und Flugzeugführer in the Stab/ Schlachtgeschwader 10.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
