Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Ernst-Georg von Heyking. Rittmeister Ernst-Georg von Heyking (02.04.1915 in Berlin † 25.10.2007 in Göttingen) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on February 12, 1943 with Panzergrenadier-Regiment 21 of the 24. Panzer-Division and the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on April 6, 1944 as Rittmeister und Kommandeur of the III. Bataillon/ Grenadier-Regiment 15 of the 29. Infanterie-Division. Size: 10×6,7cm.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
