This badge was established soon after the end of World War 2 and includes the Winter War veterans (39-40), thus the Badge for Disabled veterans of Winter war 1939-40 was not given after that period anymore. To be able to receive this badge, the veteran must be permanent invalid with at least 10 % disability. These were not numbered. Condition as seen.
