Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Franz Bedemeyer. Oberfeldwebel Franz Bedemeyer (12.10.1913 in Dortmund † 13.02.1985 in Bremen) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on August 23, 1943 as Feldwebel und Zugführer of the 2. Kompanie/ Grenadier-Regiment 156 of the 16. Infanterie-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
