Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Friedrich Böhme. Kapitän zur See Friedrich Böhme (08.05.1899 † 21.09.1984) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on March 25, 1942 with Zerstörer “Z-23” (?) and the Ritterkreuz on August 26, 1944 as Kapitän zur See und Kommandeur of the Kleinkampfverbände in Frankreich.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
