General der Infanterie Karl Friedrich Wilhelm Schulz (15 October 1897, Nettkow/Silesia † 30 November 1976, Freudenstadt/Baden-Württemberg) was a career officer who rose through the ranks from the First World War to become one of the senior German Army commanders in the final stage of the Second World War. He held key staff and frontline leadership roles, including Chef des Generalstabes of XXXXIII. Armeekorps, Heeresgruppe Don, and later as commander of III. Panzer-Korps, XXXXVI. Panzer-Korps, 17. Armee and ultimately Heeresgruppe G. His career culminated with his promotion to General der Infanterie.
