Korvettenkapitän Georg Lassen (12.05.1915 in Berlin-Steglitz † 18.01.2012 in Calvia) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on August 10, 1942 as Oberleutnant zur See und Kommandant of U-Boot “U-160” and the Eichenlaub on March 7, 1943 as Kapitänleutnant und Kommandant of U-Boot “U-711”. He also earned the U-Bootkriegsabzeichen mit Brillanten. Good condition. Postcardsize.
