Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Gerhard Beier. Leutnant Gerhard Beier (11.12.1919 in Damerow-Belgard † 17.11.2005 in Berlin) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on March 17, 1945 as Leutnant und Führer of the Panzerjäger-Kompanie 1193 of the 93. Infanterie-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
