Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Heinrich Gaedcke. Generalmajor Heinrich Gaedcke (16.01.1895 in Gruden † 21.12.1992 in Waldesch) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on March 7, 1942 and the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on April 7, 1944 as Oberst im Generalstab und Chef of the Generalstab XI. Panzermee.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
