Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Heinrich Hawelka. Oberleutnant Heinrich Hawelka (11.07.1917 † 21.08.1995) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on November 11, 1943 with III. Bataillon/ Grenadier-Regiment 413 and the Ritterkreuz on January 22, 1944 as Oberleutnant und Adjutant of the III. Bataillon/ Grenadier-Regiment 413 of the 206. Infanterie-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
