Korvettenkapitän Heinrich Hoffmann (17.08.1910 in Bottrop † 29.01.1998 in Schiffdorf-Wehdel) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on June 7, 1944 as Korvettenkapitän und Chef of the 5. Torpedoboot-Flottille and the Eichenlaub on July 11, 1944 as Korvettenkapitän und Chef of the 5. Torpedoboot-flottille. Size: 6,7×9,3cm (Photo, Attached with photo corners to a card).
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
