Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Heinz Baurmann. Hauptmann Heinz Baurmann (11.11.1919 in Aachen † 07.12.1996 in Meckenheim-Esdorf) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on April 16, 1943 as Oberleutnant und Chef of the 3. Batterie/ Sturmgeschütz-Abteilung 667 and the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on May 4, 1945 as Hauptmann und Kommandeur of the Sturmgeschütz-Brigade 300.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
