Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Hermann Büchting. Kapitänleutnant Hermann Büchting (14.03.1916 † 27.06.1992) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on April 22, 1943 as Kapitänleutnant und Kommandant of the Schnellboot “S-27” / 1. Schnellbootsflottille.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
