Infanterie-Division for the Infanterie-Sturmabzeichen in Silber (Infantry Assault Badge in Silver) on September 8, 1942 during the Battle for Stalingrad for 3 infantry assault days during his service! Document was signed by Major Wilhelm Knetsch (DKIG & RK IN STALINGRAD!). Paulus said that Knetsch was the best battalion commander in his entire army! Has been folded in the past.
