Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Josef Harpe. Generaloberst Josef Harpe (21.09.1887 † 14.03.1968) earned the Ritterkreuz on August 13, 1941 as Generalmajor und Kommandeur of the 12. Panzer-Division, the Eichenlaub on December 31, 1941 as Generalmajor und Kommandeur of the 12. Panzer-Division and the Schwertern on September 15, 1943 as General der Panzertruppe und Kommandierender General of the XXXXI. Panzerkorps. Good condition.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
