Leutnant Karl-Ludwig Johannsen (15.05.1921 in Kiel †11.08.2009) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on May 25, 1944 as Unteroffizier in the 1. Staffel/ Nachtjagdgeschwader 6 and the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on March 20, 1945 as Leutnant und Bordfunker in the I. Gruppe/ Nachtjagdgeschwader 6. Attached with photo corners on a postcard.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
