Fahnenjunker-Oberfeldwebel Manfred Büttner (25.02.1921 in Spittelndorf † 29.05.1992 in Plön) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on April 29, 1945 as Fahnenjunker und Feldwebel of 2. Kompanie/ Fallschirmjäger-Regiment 26 of the 9. Fallschirmjäger-Division.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
