Kompanie/ Fallschirmjäger-Regiment 7 and the Ritterkreuz on September 13, 1944 as Hauptmann und Chef of the 7. Kompanie/ Fallschirmjäger-Regiment 7 of the 2. Fallschirmjäger-Division. Max Herzbach was awarded his Knight’s Cross for defensive action at Seefest Brest in the months after the Normandy Invasion. Good condition. Measuring: 8,2×13,6. Comes with an extra handwritten letter and a page covering his military service.
