Temporary Suspension of FedEx Shipping

Dear customers and collectors,

We would like to inform you that shipping via FedEx is temporarily suspended due to an ongoing billing dispute with the carrier.

We have received an invoice for approximately €4,000 relating to a small envelope weighing only a few hundred grams. The invoice states a weight of 303 kg, which is clearly inconsistent with the actual shipment weight and the shipping documentation.

Despite our attempts to have this discrepancy reviewed and corrected, the matter has not yet been resolved.

We are actively seeking a solution and hope to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Until then, we have decided to temporarily suspend FedEx shipments.

What does this mean for your orders?

• We will continue to process orders wherever possible using alternative shipping methods.
• If an order requires a specific shipping arrangement, we will contact the customer directly.
• We will update this page as soon as FedEx shipping becomes available again.
