Minensucher-Kriegsabzeichen – Unmarked Steinhauer & Lück

IN STOCK

Price revealed when Early Access opens.

Unmarked Minensucher-Kriegsabzeichen (Minesweeper Badge) attributed to Steinhauer & Lück, Lüdenscheid, featuring the German eagle above an oval oak-leaf wreath, with a naval mine exploding over the waves at the centre.

The badge retains its original pin, hinge and catch assembly. The silvered finish shows age-related wear, oxidation and areas of finish loss, with traces of the original gold-toned finish remaining on the mine. The reverse is unmarked.

A genuine-looking, well-worn example of a Kriegsmarine combat award from the Second World War, suitable for a collection of German naval decorations.

Condition: Used, with visible wear, oxidation and finish loss. Unmarked; maker attribution to Steinhauer & Lück is tentative.

Please study the photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the description.
