Generalmajor Oskar Munzel (13.03.1899 in Grimmern † 01.02.1992 in Bad Godesberg) earned the Deutsches Kreuz in Gold on February 14, 1943 with Panzer-Regiment 6 and the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on October 16, 1944 as Oberst und Führer of the 14. Panzer-Division.

Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
