Original Postwar Signature on a Postwar Photo of Otto Dessloch. Generaloberst Otto Dessloch (11.06.1889 in Bamberg † 13.05.1977 in München) earned the Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes on June 24, 1940 as Generalmajor und Kommandierender General of the II. Flak–Korps and the Eichenlaub on May 10, 1944 as Generaloberst und Oberbefehlshaber of the Luftflotte 4. Inkt has faded largely.
Provenance: This signature comes from one of the largest postwar signature collection I’ve ever commissioned. This collection was started by a Waffen-SS Veteran, Werner H., in the 1950’s until he passed away.
