Generalleutnant Otto-Joachim Lüdecke (27 May 1895, Staßfurt † 14 February 1971, Hassel) was a career officer who rose to the rank of Generalleutnant in the Wehrmacht. Beginning his service in 1913 as a Fahnenjunker, he advanced through both world wars, serving in various staff and command functions. During the Second World War, he held key engineering and infantry leadership posts, including as commander of the 56. Infanterie-Division and later of the 264. Infanterie-Division.

- Knight’s Cross of the Iron Cross (Ritterkreuz des Eisernen Kreuzes) – 8 August 1943, as Generalmajor und Kommandeur of the 56. Infanterie-Division, for his leadership and command performance on the Eastern Front.
